I was raised here in Neosho, MO, and I am a graduate from Neosho High School where I was a multi-sport athlete competing in volleyball, soccer, and track & field. I furthered my education with a degree in Health Science from ASU. My passion for fitness has grown, and I am committed to guiding others towards their fitness goals. I offer personalized training in weight loss, muscle growth, athletic performance, and general fitness.
