Hi everyone, I'm Sarah and I am the manager at our Neosho location. I have been in the health and fitness industry for 15+ years including earning a bachelor's degree in health promotion and wellness from MSSU in 2004. I'm excited to continue to help & encourage others achieve their wellness goals. Being a graduate from Neosho and living here my entire life, my love for this community is BIG. I am excited to serve this community and to be a part of the RISE team.
